Cancellation Policy

For the private tours, it is required 50% of the payment to confirm the booking.
Any cancellations or rescheduling petitions must be informed to the following email address: hello@granadawanderer.com
Depending on the cancellation date we will apply the following refund policy:
- More than four weeks before the date of the tour 100% of the payment will be refunded. Except for ticket fees.
- From two to three weeks before the date of the tour 75% of the payment will be refunded. Except for ticket fees.
- One week before the tour no refunds will be made.
- Special cases: Cancellations by force majeure will be studied in order to reach an agreement.

Weather conditions: Tours are held rain or shine. We are very afraid to inform you that bad weather is not a valid reason to cancel a tour. In case a tour is jeopardized or impossible due to force majeure, nonfrequent weather events, political disturbances, or strikes, tours can be canceled if we believe it is necessary.
Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we should finally cancel a tour, we will always try to find another date/time which goes well with the client. If an agreement is not reached, the amount of the tour will be refunded within 15 working days.
